Townhomes — Our single family attached models are built and in either four or six units per building and each home features a private garage. The building groups are oriented to open space and many enjoy wonderful mountain views. Each model has a private patio and entry garden area. Most town homes are within easy walking distance of the Community Center and the Fitness Complex. If you are ready to live without a large house and yard to care for, our town homes may be a perfect fit.
