Townhomes — Our town home models are built and designed as either four or six units per building each with a private garage. The sites are oriented to open space and many have wonderful mountain views. Each town home model has a private patio and front garden area. Most town homes are within easy walking distance of the Community Center and the Fitness Complex. If you are ready to live without a yard to maintain, or a large house to care for, our town homes may be a perfect fit.
