Preferred Guest Program — The Academy Village invites those who want to seriously explore the unique lifestyle of the Academy to visit for a three or five night stay. Your visit will give you the opportunity to get acquainted with the community, the facilities, the learning experiences and the homes.
We have two guest town homes available. These town homes are fully furnished with everything you will need for a comfortable visit. Fully equipped kitchens, dishes, towels, bedding, television, telephone as well as a washer and dryer are provided. You will have a lovely patio to enjoy Arizona’s great outdoors.
Homes are cleaned prior to arrival and after your departure, however no maid service is available during your visit.
The sales staff will arrange a convenient time for you to visit the Sales Center and receive information about the community. The staff at the Community Center will set a time for you to tour the Village facilities including: the fitness center, the health and wellness center and the Arizona Senior Academy. If you like, you may attend a scheduled Academy event. You will also be our guests for a lunch or dinner at The Academy Cafe and, more importantly, have an opportunity to meet some current Village residents.
The Preferred Guest Program is a great way to experience first hand what life can be at the Academy Village in the beautiful Rincon Valley. As an added bonus, if you decide to purchase a home at the Academy Village we will credit back the cost of your stay towards options or upgrades you may select for your new home.
