Director of Civility Institute at Academy Village for Update

H. Brinton Milward, director of the new National Institute for Civil Discourse, will speak about the institute at Academy Village on May 26. Milward, who holds a Ph.D. in public administration from Ohio State University, is director of the School of Government and Public Policy at the University of Arizona, where the new institute is housed.
