HOA Services — The Homeowners Association assessment fee includes:
- Use of the Community Center: Including gathering room, activity room, Arizona room, dining room, courtyard with beautiful mountain views and walking paths
- Use of the Fitness Complex: Including year-round pool and spa, exercise room, and lighted tennis court.
- Fitness Classes: Please select ”Health & Wellness“ link for list of on-site classes.
- Transportation services: Weekdays, 8 am to 3 pm subject to availability and transportation policy.
- Trash collection and maintenance of common grounds.
Available services for an additional fee:
- Massage therapy by appointment with independent contractor
- Pilates classes
- Homeowner maintenance and minor repair assistance
- Health and Wellness services available through Wellness Program
