Fitness Program & Schedule — Highly regarded by the Academy Village residents, our program focuses on strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. Many of our residents have shown improvement in health and fitness since joining the program. Personalized attention makes it all more enjoyable

All fitness classes are held on-site, so distance or inconvenience cannot deter you from achieving your goals. Our fitness director and her associates keep classes fresh, productive and fun. You will actually look forward to participating!
