OVERVIEW: The Health Care Program was created for all members of the Arizona Senior Academy to provide a comprehensive continuity of care advocacy program. This program includes a Wellness Center, a Home-Health program, and an Assisted Living residence. The organization and funding of these elements ensures that homeowners are fully protected from legal liability and from any debt these business may incur. This kind of health care support is not usually available to residents in most active adult communities.
Experienced licensed professionals provide quality wellness and health-related services. In situations where extra care is deemed necessary, these professionals can recommend the Private Duty Home program or the Assisted Living residence. Many of the decisions and worries that accompany such times can be reduced with their help.
Access to the Health Care Programs are by subscription and fee-for-service. The Wellness Center is by voluntary subscription. Two choices are available: Up to 10 annual encounters with Wellness staff for $30/month, or unlimited encounters for $55/month. A fee-for-service Private Duty Health program is available to residents who need assistance with activities of daily living, errands, and appointments. The Academy Villas fees schedule can be obtained by contacting the Academy Villas.
